Ingredients

  • 8 cups Flour"00" Flour works best
  • 3 cups Warm Waterabout 110 degrees (F)
  • 8 table spoons Olive Oil
  • X table spoons Active Yeast

Instructions

    Activate the yeast

    Pour yeast and warm water into a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

    Add yeast water to flour bowl

    in a bowl add the water / yeast mix to the flour. Mix in gradually.
